TO VIEW WEB-MEETING


Step 1. Use your computer to see the our computer screen during the meeting. Click on the GO TO MEETING button. It will ask you to DOWNLOAD the meeting program. It will ask you to OPEN or RUN. Choose RUN. This should take less than five minutes and will not harm your computer.

After entering RUN, you may see an Internet Explorer - Security Warning box. "The publisher cannot be verified, are you sure you want to run this software". Click RUN. It will verify software. If you have Windows Vista operating system, you must click "ALLOW".

TO HEAR THE WEB-MEETING

Step 3. Call (616) 347-8400 then enter Access code 565771#. It will ask you to confirm your access code by pressing 1. Press 1 to confirm.

Courtesy: These meetings are lively and interactive, but if you have background noise during the meeting, press "*6" on your phone to mute and "*6" again to unmute.
